At TSVORA, we aim to make every order simple, secure, and reliable. We ship our officially licensed collectibles, prints, printers, and accessories to customers in India and selected international destinations.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information whenever tracking is available.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, shipping method, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.
India

United States & Canada
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Europe & United Kingdom
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Other International Destinations
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, order weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
From time to time, TSVORA may offer promotional Free Shipping on selected products, destinations, or orders. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking number after their order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
5. International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be payable by the customer.
TSVORA does not control customs procedures, clearance times, or charges imposed by local authorities.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Remote-area delivery
- International transportation disruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact TSVORA Customer Support with your order number and relevant shipment information.
For damaged deliveries, we recommend taking photographs of the package and product immediately upon receipt and contacting us as soon as possible.
9. Multiple Products in One Order
If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping requirements.
You may receive separate tracking information for different shipments.
10. Pre-Orders
If a product is available for pre-order, its expected dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page.
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock products may be shipped according to the applicable fulfilment schedule.
